We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered according to the carrier’s tracking system, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, and in its original state.
  • Pristine Appearance: The item must not be washed, soiled, stained, or damaged by the user.
  • Original Packaging: The item should ideally be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number) sent to your email at the time of the transaction.
  1. No Exchange Policy

To maintain efficiency and ensure accuracy in our inventory management, Oolita does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or a different product altogether, the most efficient method is to return the original item for a refund (following the guidelines below) and place a new, separate order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible and reduces the risk of shipping errors.

  1. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@oolita.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address (our warehouse in Altoona, PA).
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely. You must use a trackable shipping service.
  4. Verification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  1. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Oolita is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

  1. Refund Policy and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the goods.

  • Approval: If the item meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Original Payment Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card balance, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations and Exceptions

Oolita reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our quality standards upon inspection. We do not issue refunds for:

  • Misuse: Items that have been used for purposes other than their intended design.
  • User Damage: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” on orders that have been successfully delivered as described.
  • Items Beyond the Window: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@oolita.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of our error (wrong item or factory defect), Oolita will cover the costs associated with rectifying the situation.

This Return & Refund Policy is designed to work in harmony with our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions.

  • Our shipping time (6–12 business days) is separate from the 30-day return window. The 30-day window starts only after the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Our processing time for refunds (5–10 business days) is standard for US-based e-commerce to ensure bank-level security and verification.
